As all earthwood bows are made from wood, which is a natural material, variations in colour, shape and size will occur. Therefore all wood samples shown on the site are a rough example of the colour of the wood.If properly looked after, all earthwood bows will last a lifetime. However, as with all wooden bows, they are sensitive to sudden stresses, excessive heat, light or shock. To get the most from your new bow, please follow the guidelines below.

NEVER leave your bow in direct sunlight for an extended period of time.

NEVER Expose your bow to excessive temperatures. If the bow does get hot, leave it to cool down before stringing.

ALWAYS pull the bow back in increasing steps when it hasnt been used for a period of time. i.e. never take the bow to full draw straight away.

NEVER lean on the bow when braced as this causes excessive and uneven stresses on the limbs.

NEVER draw the bow beyond its maximum draw length.

NEVER dry fire the bow (shooting without an arrow).

All new bows come with a 1 year warranty which starts from the day you recieve the bow and covers breakage due to manufacturing defects of the bow only. Compensation will be awarded in the form of another bow of that type. The waranty does not cover loss or theft of the bow, damage due to negligence, fire, frost, accidental damage or contravening the usage terms above.
